Be specific about what you want
A focused question gets a focused answer. Swap broad topics for the exact thing you need.

Name the body or department
Solana covers four governing bodies — Town Council, Planning Commission, Board of Adjustment, and the Hillside Building Committee. Naming one gets faster, more targeted results.

Give a year for historical questions
The archive reaches back to 1961. For anything older than about two years, include the year or decade.
