Five things happen between the moment you press send and the moment your answer appears — usually in just a few seconds.
You ask a question
On your phone or laptop, you visit askpv.ai, tap the chat bubble, and type a question like "How do I get a fence permit?" A quick "are you human?" check keeps out spam robots.
It passes through a security gate
Your question travels to askpv.ai and goes through a checkpoint. A digital security guard blocks bad bots and floods of traffic, then stamps your request with a secret pass. The Digital Concierge only trusts requests that carry that pass — so no one can sneak in the back door.
The AI agent reads it and makes a plan
Inside a secure chat session, the Digital Concierge's AI agent reads your question and decides which town records it needs to look up. First it checks a quick memory of recent answers, so common questions can come back almost instantly.
It searches the town's knowledge
The AI agent searches three collections of official town information at the same time. It matches both your exact words and your meaning, then ranks the best results before writing your answer.

The Digital Concierge writes the answer and streams it to you word-by-word. Every fact comes with a numbered source you can tap to check where it came from, plus suggested follow-up questions. Each answer is also saved in a log, so the town can stay transparent.
Where does all the knowledge come from?
The Digital Concierge never just guesses. Behind the scenes, automated "collectors" regularly gather documents from the town's official systems, read them (even scanned PDFs), break them into searchable pieces, and file them into the library — so the answers stay up to date.
